My Monkey Man

Mr. Foster is finally starting to resemble the monkey he is!

I should be able to finish up his head tonight, and then all he needs is a tail and two ears to be whole. Then it's on to his clothing. He is definitely getting some pajamas, but I still haven't decided whether or not I'll be making him a robe. I think it might be a little too Hugh Hefner for a two-year-old. What do you think?

  1. Oh no, he needs the robe. Henry is all about the robes these days.

  2. I think that the average two-year old has never heard of Hugh Hefner, so clothe that monkey! And as a bonus, you might be giving the parents something to laugh about behind the kid's back. Kind of like my parents referring to My Little Ponies as "My Little Crappers" while we weren't around.

Awww, he's looking so cute! I think the robe would be adorable.

  4. Two-year olds wear robes! Ok, not the smoking jacket types. You could make Thelonious Monkey a yellow ducky bath robe. :-)

  5. Only if you knit him two girl monkeys with giant fake boobs to go on each arm. ;)

I think as long as you stay away from shiny satin, a robe would be super cute!
